The service is available at both Terminal 3 and Terminal 1

The service is intended for groups and individual passengers/families.

When departing the country

When the group arrives at the airport the service recipient will contact the shift manager who will assign luggage porters. The luggage porters will meet the group in the bus area, will load the luggage onto trolleys and accompany the group to the check-in counters.

Contact the shift manager when the group arrives at the airport. Our representatives will wait for the service recipient in the bus area for groups and the luggage porters will unload the luggage from the bus.

When arriving in the country

When arriving in the country

Group members will identify their luggage and reach the bus area where the luggage will be loaded onto the bus by our luggage porters.

Luggage porters will await the group with a trolley next to the luggage carousel. Group members will identify their luggage, the porters will load it onto the trolley and then accompany the passengers through Customs to the bus where the luggage will be loaded onto the bus in coordination with the driver and/or guide.

The luggage porter will meet the customer near the luggage carousel. The passenger will identify his or her luggage and the porter will load it onto the trolley, accompany the passenger through Customs to the vehicle and load the luggage.

The service recipient will order the service before arriving at the airport or upon arrival. The luggage porter will meet the customer at the entrance to the terminal, unload the baggage from the vehicle and load it onto a trolley and 

accompany the passengers to the check-in counter.

The service can be ordered at the “Orange Suitcase” counter

located after passport control
